I recently had my 1997 Featherlite horse trailer refurbished by P&G Enterprises. They came to my location within a day and assessed the condition of the trailer. He researched and provided a series of estimates, depending upon how much of the work I wanted to have accomplished initially. He kept me informed of the progress of the repairs throughout the process and the trailer was in immaculate condition when I picked it up. The rear frame of my trailer rusted out making it useless. P & G Enterprises assessed the problem. They designed a replacement frame cross member, removed the old and welded in the new. My wife and I would like to share our story and experience with P & G Enterprises and their technician, Grady. We were trailering our boat from South Florida to the Carolinas. Needless to say, we didn't make it very far before our trailer let us down. Our insurance company actually recommended that we call P & G Enterprises, as they were the ONLY ONE in Brevard County who could COME TO US!!! Due to height limitations with the 'T' top, we were unable to have it towed to a repair shop. Most importantly, with a pregnant wife in the truck, a time limitation to our destination, AND a disabled trailer; this was not looking good for us! Grady was very positive and professional, and able to reassure us that he would take care of everything, and that we need not worry, we could continue on to our destination and everything would be taken care of. Upon our return, we could pick up the trailer & it would be "good as new"; and it was! (Thanks must also go to the Mgmnt. of the Sams' Club in Cocoa, Fla. for their patience and cooperation, as we had to leave the boat/trailer to be repaired in their parking lot! Many Thanks!) He worked through the weekend to track down a new axle and get it installed when most other companies would have told us that we would have to "... wait until Monday for the parts to be available and our techs to be in." P & G was able to have it fixed faster than we imagined, and turned what could have been a disastrous weekend into a very positive experience! We cannot thank Grady and P & G Enterprises enough for their knowledge, professionalism, and attitude.
